Student Papers

This guide provides information on how to access University of Washington School of Law J.D., LL.M. and Ph.D. student papers

Searching for student papers in the library catalog

To find a J.D. or LL.M. paper, use the Gallagher Law Library catalog and search for Student Papers (University of Washington School of Law). All J.D. and LL.M. papers we have in the collection can be found in the law library catalog.

Papers are not located in one location in the library. They are cataloged by subject, so they are assigned call numbers that will put them with other material on the same topic, and in various locations of the library.

J.D. and LL.M. papers may be available in print, or in microfiche, or both. You can find information about the location of our microfiche here.

If you are not able to find the paper in the law library catalog, then the library does not own it.
