A guide to finding regulations and administrative decisions issued by federal agencies

About the Unified Agenda

Twice a year, federal agencies report "on regulatory and deregulatory activities under development throughout the Federal Government, covering approximately 60 departments, agencies, and commissions" in the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions.

The Unified Agenda contains information from agencies planning to issue:

  • an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
  • a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking or
  • a Final Rule

Also includes the Unified Agenda, from fall 2007 to date.

Older editions of the Unified Agenda were published in the Federal Register.
